Yarn Eggs

This craft is super simple to make, but appeals more to children and adults than teens so I made it for all ages.

I chose this craft because of its simplicity and the fact that we had a lot of leftover yarn. However, as I worked my way through rolling little yarn balls from the leftovers, I realized I would probably have been better off just buying three economy-sized acrylic yarns in three pastel colors rather than getting just a few balls from each color/yarn type.

Supplies:

-Small balls of yarn x3

-Balloons x3

-Glue

Patrons will need:

-A bowl that can get messy

-Scissors

Amount of Kits: 50 (Started with 30, but that filled up within 1 hour, so I expanded)

Sign ups: 50

Cost: ~$40 (because I upped the number of kits I ended up having to buy more of every component rather than being able to get by on leftovers)

Success: Probably one of my fastest-filling programs to date
