DIY Gift Wrap

A roll of kraft paper, stamps, paint, and a bit of twine is all that's needed for this kit!

Supplies:

- Roughly 1 1/2 yards of kraft paper

- About a yard of twine

- Winter stamps

- White paint

- Paint Brush

For this kit I rolled up the kraft paper and secured it with the twine, then put the stamps and paint into a brown kraft bag (which is what we've been doing for most of our kits). I noticed here that if I were able to label the bag in a way that could be easily removed that the bags themselves could also be decorated and repurposed as gift bags.

So, from here on out I started tying title tags to my bags with twine or yarn rather than slapping stickers on the front.

I design the tags in Canva, print three per page on cardstock, and use a hole punch at the tip:

I came up with this idea when I was desperate for a kit that would be super easy to put together, but it ended up being a fairly average build. Not extremely complicated, but still took some time.

Amount of Kits: 24

Sign ups: 24

Cost: ~$40 (We already had kraft paper)

Success: I thought this was a fun and simple kit which encouraged using recyclable wrapping materials!
